We will supply the official Mobile Meshwalk bag -- sure to become a collector's item!

In the bag will be Useful Stuff, a "hipster" PDA (i.e. notecards), pen, bottle of water H20, and a map.

You should bring:

- Cell phone (with camera would be good_

- Audio or video recorders (smaller recommended)

- digital camera (again smaller recommended)

- comfortable walking shoes. We will be walking about 4-5 miles over the course of the day.

  Twitter Instructions: 1) send "follow meshwalk" to 40404  2) send your own updates to 40404 but start them with keyword "meshwalk". For example,  "meshwalk hoping I'm not late for breakfast!"  Everyone who is following meshwalk will get the updates that folks send pre-pended with meshwalk.

• Shozu for Pikeo is a dead-simple photo upload (yes we'll be taking lots of pix), Zhonetag et al welcome, but we will be using Pikeo at home base for showing the work
• For you Treo users, if you haven't checked out Yelp Mobile for local search, it kinda rocks
• Google maps is available as a download for many devices

We will have SD-friendly machines at 330 Ritch for transferring your pix onto the wiki -- we really don't think you will be wanting to haul your laptop around during the day's festivities. Put another way, you should give your laptop the day off.

Items you should NOT bring:

- Your laptop, power adapters etc

- Usual work bag with papers, books, newspapers etc - leave the paperwork behind for a day
