Yea, I think that's pretty funky, why no passwordless access? Is this just misconfigured?

All PBwikis require a password to edit; that way even if you say "The password is orange" an automated script will be foiled. This largely fixes the issue of finding your website replaced by Viagra ads. We may also consider using a CAPTCHA to achieve the same effect.

I agree that it "largely fixes the issue of finding your website replaced by spam" but some do get through.
It would be nice to have an easy "revert to earlier version of a page" option to deal with those spammers that do get through.

sorry, I see that it's an option on the older revision pages. You might consider promoting it to the history/diff page
